We offer gymnastics and ninja classes for children aged between 2 years and 18 years old. Our gymnastics class levels are designed to cater to all abilities and age groups. Proper progressions are a priority to ensure growth. Our experienced instructors follow an well balanced curriculum designed to work in unison with the proper progressions.
Celebrate your birthday with friends at the gym! Our exciting birthday party packages offer hours of fun ion the equipment, complete with games, activities, and supervised free time.

We started in a 3000 square foot facility twenty-five years ago with a staff of three. We are proud to be a staple in our local community and have grown to a 25,000 square foot state of the art facility with a dedicated staff of sixty members.
